Equipment

Setup

  • Stand tall with the feet together and the arms at the sides.

Execution

  1. 1.Jump the feet out wider than the shoulders while sweeping the arms overhead.
  2. 2.Jump the feet back together and bring the arms back to the sides.
  3. 3.Keep a steady rhythm for the prescribed reps.

Breathing

Breathe rhythmically throughout — do not hold your breath.

Form cues

  • Land on the balls of the feet and stay light.
  • Full arm range overhead.
  • Keep the rhythm steady rather than sprinting the first ten.

Common mistakes

  • Half-raising the arms.
  • Landing heavy and flat-footed.
  • Letting the rhythm collapse as fatigue builds.
